Fruit After the Waiting

Often, the greatest harvest is the person you become during the waiting. Before God changes your circumstances, He transforms your heart. Consider Joseph, whose journey from the pit to the palace was marked by rejection and hardship. Yet, each stage developed qualities in him that prepared him for his destiny. His fruit was not just personal success but the preservation of his family and nations. Hannah's prolonged waiting for a child resulted in the birth of Samuel, a prophet who impacted Israel. Her tears and prayers were not in vain; they were seeds that bore fruit greater than she imagined. Do not dig up your seed with doubt. Many plant in faith but uproot their hope with disbelief. Galatians 6:9 emphasizes perseverance: "We shall reap if we faint not." Weariness may come, but it should not lead to surrender. Each act of obedience, prayer, and kindness is a seed. God remembers them all and gives the increase. Our role is to plant, water, and trust God for the growth. Remain connected to the vine. Jesus said in John 15:5, "I am the vine, ye are the branches." The branch does not strive to produce fruit; it simply remains connected. Christ's life flows through us, producing love, joy, peace, and patience. Your fruit is meant to bless others. Just as a fruit tree provides nourishment, your journey can strengthen, guide, and inspire those around you. God turns pain into ministry, wounds into wisdom, and waiting into testimony. Joseph fed nations, Hannah birthed a prophet, and Abraham and Sarah’s waiting brought forth the promised son. Be encouraged. Your due season is appointed by God. Delay is not denial.
