This is Aaron. For a long time he could not walk. He did not wait for a feeling; he took hold of a promise. He declared Romans 8:11, that the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives in him, and something shifted. The Word moved into his muscles and bones.
Aaron, who once could not walk, is walking today. The Spoken Word still heals.

Peace is not the absence of trouble. It is the presence of Christ ruling within. The word "rule" means to govern, to umpire, to decide. When I choose peace, I allow God's Spirit to have the final say over my emotions, my thoughts, and my responses.
