A Word Fed, Daily Devotional from it is God, ministries. Today, I choose grant. Ephesians 3, verse 16, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his spirit and the inner man. Reflection.
God does not demand strength from us, he grants it. What he supplies flows from the riches of his glory and is received in the inner man by his spirit. The word nourishes the spirit quietly and deeply, strengthening what cannot yet be seen.
There’s no striving in this work, only receiving. As the inner man is fed, what God has placed within is revealed naturally. It is the overflow of the glory of God.
Amen. Grace and peace, everyone, until the next devotional.
